The aim of the paper is to inquire and discuss\udthe specificities of the women’s approaches in leading organizations\udtowards generating social innovation. What are\udthe traits of women’s leadership and their role in managing\udand governing organizations? Are they holders of values,\udwhich raise their capability “to listen” and “to read”\udstakeholders expectations and needs in different socio-economic\udand historical contexts? The work provides a reply\udto these research questions by analyzing the role of women\udin two different Italian organizations. The first one is relative\udto an institution (“S. Giuseppe Institute for Maternal\udand Infant Help” in Rimini and the “Little Hospital Regina\udElena”, currently named S. Giuseppe Onlus) that, from the\udbeginning of the Nineteenth century, played a key role in\udthe local and national context (Italy) in protecting illegitimate\udmotherhood and children, which represented from\udcenturies a social and cultural plague in the Country. The\udsecond one is relative to an Italian large-sized multi-utility\udcompany (SGR Group) based in Rimini and developed\udabroad (Bulgaria) which is family owned and whose sustainability-\udoriented process is driven for years by the vision of a female President. The reflections emerged from the\udanalysis contribute to understand the potential of women\udin generating social innovation through their management\udand leadership and the changes “silently” promoted within\udorganizations. Coherently, the work contributes to nurture\uda field which has still to be improved in order to disclose\udthe frequently “hidden” role of women in promoting CSR\udand sustainability and developing the socio-economic and\udterritorial context, in Italy and abroad.Ethik, Geschenk und soziale Innovation durch\udCSR und weibliche Führung in der\udBetriebswirtschaft in Italien\udZusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag zielt darauf ab, die spezifisch\udbei Frauen feststellbaren Herangehensweisen in der\udUnternehmensführung im Hinblick auf die sich aus diesen\udergebenen sozialen Innovationen darzulegen bzw. zu\udergründen.Wodurch ist weibliche Führung bzw. deren Rolle\udbeim Management und bei der Leitung von Organisationen\udgekennzeichnet? Werden Frauen dabei von Werten\udbestimmt, welche ihre eigene Fähigkeit steigern, den Erwartungen\udund Bedürfnissen der Interessevertretungen in\udden jeweiligen sozio-ökonomischen und historischen Zusammenhängen\ud,zuzuhören‘ bzw. sie denen ,abzulesen‘?\udMeine Studie schlägt eine Antwort auf solche Fragen vor,\udindem sie die Rolle(n) von Frauen bei zwei italienischen\udEinrichtungen analysiert. Die erste Einrichtung ist das heute\udals „Stiftung S. Giuseppe Onlus“ bekannte, in Rimini wirkende\ud„Institut S. Giuseppe für Mutter- und Kinderhilfe“mit dazugehöriger Kinderklinik „Ospedalino Regina Elena“.\udDiese Einrichtung hatte ab dem Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts\udim regionalen und nationalen Kontext eine Schlüsselrolle\udbeim Schutz von als illegitim begriffenen Mutterschaften\udund Kindern. Dieses Phänomen außerehelicher\udMütter und Kinder wurde jahrhundertelang in Italien als soziokulturelle\udPlage empfunden. Die zweite Einrichtung ist\udein ebenfalls in Rimini wirkendes großes, familiengeführtes\udMulti-Utility Unternehmen (SGR Group), das ins Ausland\ud(Bulgarien) expandiert ist, und dessen vom Nachhaltigkeitsprinzip\udbestimmter Werdegang seit Jahren vom Weitblick\udeiner weiblichen Präsidentin vorangetrieben wird.\udDie Analyse soll das sozial innovative Frauenpotential,\udinsbesondere auf der Ebene von Management und Führung,\udsowie die durch Frauen bewirkten ,stillen‘ Erneuerungsprozesse\udinnerhalb von Einrichtungen erläutern. Damit soll\udauch ein Beitrag geboten werden, um einem Forschungsdesiderat\udnachzukommen: der ,stillen‘ Rolle der Frauen\udbeim Aufbau und der Unterstützung von CSR und Nachhaltigkeit,\udsowie zur damit zusammenhängenden territorialen\udEntwicklung in Italien und in Europa
