In this paper, we investigate the stabilization of a system of piezoelectricbeams under (Coleman or Pipkin )-Gurtin thermal law with magnetic effect.First, we study the Piezoelectric-Coleman-Gurtin system and we obtain anexponential stability result. Next, we consider the Piezoelectric-Gurtin-Pipkinsystem and we establish a polynomial energy decay rate of type $t^{-1}$
