We suggest a parameterization of the matrix element for $\bar{B}^0\toD^{*+}\omega\pi^-$ decay using kinematic variables convenient for experimentalanalysis. The contributions of intermediate $\omega\pi$- and $D^{**}$-states upto spin 3 have been taken into account. The angular distributions for eachdiscussed hypothesis have been obtained and analysed using Monte-Carlosimulation.
