Strong dense many-spin interactions have been proposed to organize novelorbital dynamics (the Little Effect) for novel chemical and catalyticphenomena. The recent determinations of the relativistic and quantum Halleffects of carriers in graphene under strong magnetic confinement havesubstantiated the Little Effect. Moreover such nonclassical phenomena under thestronger magnetic confinement of ferro-nanocatalysts are here shown to organizereverse beta processes and possibly pycnonuclear reactions under hightemperature and high-pressure conditions. Such processes have implications forreverse beta reactions and nuclear reactions within the interior of the earthand new technologies for carbon nanotube-ferrometal and nanographene-ferrometalcomposites.
