This study discusses how the Relocation impacts the economic condition in terms of financial expenditure in Kampung Pulo, East Jakarta. The economy is a fundamental factor in how villagers do not want to move into vertical housing, the spending of only about Rp.50,000 – Rp.100,000 per month is spent on electricity, and they have many rented house . This research is descriptive research using qualitative approach. The results of this study found that the expenditure of their kampung pulo into a large around Rp.600.000 - Rp.700.000 per month which is not balanced with income causing expenditure to be a burden, this is because villagers do not have the ability to cap-ture business, trade, and owned capital None, this study also reveals the larger arrears that are not paid by citizens and the potential for mutual influence between citizens not to pay. Therefore, the residents of the towers need to be given economic coaching so that they can be self-sufficient, by themselves they will suffice their needs as well as the awareness that their living expenses should be their responsibility and develop thinking of improving decent and prosperous living conditions.
