Diabetic Children on Free Diet. Knud Bojlen {Acta PcedicUrica, 1938, Vol. XX, Fasc. 3, 310).?An account is given of tlio litoraturo on the treatment of diabetic children since pro-insulin days. Sixteen diabetic patients imder treatment in tlio Quoen Louiso Hospital for children in Copenhagen have been put on a free diet. Fourteen aro availablo for results, two having gone elsewhere for treatment. Most of the children had been under treatment at the hospital previously on a prescribed diet, but the observation period on a free cliet has now been two years or more.
