The dependence of 14C-leucine, 3H-uracil and 3H-thymidine incorporation in dormat and after-ripened seeds is demonstrated and discussed together with other metabolic events. Striking differences in dependence on the physiological state in both types of seeds could only be found in the axes of after-ripened seeds
