Background: The study aimed to carry out a retrospective analysis of nonoperating room procedures performed anesthetic care between 2000 and 2010. Materials and methods: Data were obtained from anesthesia record forms which includes The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score, age, gender, vital signs, drugs, complications, and need close monitoring in intensive care units between 2005and 2010.Results: In our practice, we mostly performed anesthesia/sedation for ASA physical status II patients, in adults most common procedures are invitro fertilization (%23,8), in pediatric patients most common procedures are interventional cardiology procedures, propofol is the most commonly used drug, and bradicardia is most commonly (%1,1) complication.
