Ao final, faz-se referência as agênciasreguladoras, dando enfoque especial a Agência Nacional dosTransportes Aquaviários – ANTAQ, e sua importância naregulação/fiscalização das instalações portuárias.The present article is initiated making reference theState sovereignty. In the sequence they approach it question ofthe public ports and the private ports, giving emphasis to theprivate ports of Great-Britain and China. To the end, referencebecomes the regulating agencies, giving to special approach theNational Agency of the Transports - ANTAQ, and its importancein the regulation/fiscalization of the port installations
