It is impossible go through the literature on the issues of work without encountering the terms «flexibilization» and «precarization» and two others associated with them: «atypical work» and «deregulation». Our objective is to ponderwhich of these terms we consider suitable for the analysis of employment relations and work under contemporary capitalism and explain which processes we are talking about when we use them.
