However, the use of photography by society has changed rapidly and it is not possible to think about culture and information without the influence of photography. This paper is aimed at delineating characteristics of photography legal protection and analyzing copyright efficiency in photography, media and society interrelation.Por muito tempo a fotografia não foi aceita como obra intelectual, e por isso não tinha escopo nas legislações de direitos autorais.
