Considering the guidelines of ISO 16363: 2012 (Space data and\udinformation transfer systems -- Audit and certification of trustworthy digital repositories)\udand the text of CONARQ Resolution 39 for certification of Reliable Digital Archival\udRepository (RDC-Arq), verify the technical recommendations should be used as the\udbasis for a digital archival repository to be considered reliable. Objective: Identify\udrequirements for the creation of Reliable Digital Archival Repositories with emphasis on\udaccess to information from the ISO 16363: 2012 and CONARQ Resolution 39.\udMethodology: For the development of the study, the methodology consisted of an\udexploratory, descriptive and documentary theoretical investigation, since it is based on\udISO 16363: 2012 and CONARQ Resolution 39. From the perspective of the problem\udapproach, the study is qualitative and quantitative, since the data were collected,\udtabulated, and analyzed from the interpretation of their contents. Results: We\udpresented a set of Checklist Recommendations for reliability measurement and/or\udcertification for RDC-Arq with a clipping focused on the identification of requirements\udwith emphasis on access to information is presented. Conclusions: The right to\udinformation as well as access to reliable information is a premise for Digital Archival\udRepositories, so the set of recommendations is directed to archivists who work in\udDigital Repositories and wish to verify the requirements necessary to evaluate the\udreliability of the Digital Repository or still guide the information professional in collecting\udrequirements for repository reliability certification
