Os problemas do Estado a ser enfrentado pela república

The article aims to identify and locate the problems that afflict the state and its institutions, especially the republican state structure. To do this, we identified new factors that cause destabilization in the state and, therefore, affect the dynamics of democracy. The modern problem of the territory is cause many questions regarding their livelihood as defining characteristic of the contemporary state, as well as anthro-social dynamics of individualism. Such issues falling on the interpretation and realization of the principle of equality, not just because all are equal before the law, but have basic minimum conditions. Finally, the concluding considerations bring the issues to be considered to address the problems reflected throughout the text.O artigo tem como objetivo identificar e situar os problemas que fustigam o Estado e suas instituições, principalmente a estrutura republicana do Estado. Para isso, identificaram-se os novos fatores que causam desestabilidade no Estado e, por conseguinte, afetam a dinâmica da democracia. Ainda, o problema moderno do território é motivo diversos questionamentos em relação à sua subsistência como elemento caracterizador do Estado contemporâneo, assim como a dinâmica antropo-social do individualismo. Tais questões deságuam na interpretação e materialização do princípio da igualdade, pois não basta todos serem iguais perante a lei, mas terem condições básicas mínimas. Por fim, as considerações conclusivas trazem os aspectos a serem considerados para enfrentar as problemáticas refletidas ao longo do texto
