A venda da força sindical

Black and white scenario of Brazilian unionism unveils is the phenomenon of the sale of the labor force. Retrograde corporatist structure, whose pillars were inserted into the dictatorial regime, and in particular the trade union funding system, enable the perpetuation of this purchase relationship, which occurs in three dimensions: the state, the employers and the employees themselves. The collective struggle of the dispossessed loses place to the capitalist logic enhanced by shades of neoliberalism that turns everything into a commodity, enabling the buying and selling of labor force. Thus, both structural legal terms the corporation itself, but also in the collective bargaining plan, it turns out the grooming of union strength through a silent agreement and suffocation of the oppressed workers. Unions who conduct these negotiations were absorbed by the dominant ideology, consolidating its position as legitimizing institutions of domination and submission worker.Do cenário preto e branco do sindicalismo brasileiro desvela-se o fenômeno da venda da força sindical. A retrógrada estrutura corporativista, cujos pilares foram inseridos no regime ditatorial, e, em especial o sistema de financiamento sindical, possibilitam a perpetuação dessa relação de compra, que se dá em três dimensões: ao Estado, ao patronato e aos próprios trabalhadores. A luta coletiva dos espoliados perde lugar para a lógica capitalista reforçada pelos matizes do neoliberalismo que transforma tudo em mercadoria, possibilitando a compra e a venda da força sindical. Assim, tanto no plano jurídico estrutural da própria corporação, como também, no plano da negociação coletiva, revela-se o aliciamento da resistência sindical por meio de um contrato de silêncio e de sufoco dos trabalhadores oprimidos. Os sindicatos que conduzem estas negociações foram absorvidos pela ideologia dominante, consolidando-se como instituições legitimadoras da dominação e da submissão do trabalhador
