Aspectos relevantes sobre o impacto gerado pela redução das alíquotas do ipi para veículos na arrecadação do IPVA pelos estados

O escopo do presente artigo é delinear o conceito e as principais características atinentes aos impostos IPI e IPVA e, a partir de então, analisar a relação entre ambos, principalmente no que tange ao impacto que a redução do IPI sobre automóveis provoca na arrecadação do IPVA e por conseqüência, na economia brasileira. Neste ínterim, também se vislumbrará o impacto de tais medidas, bem como uma análise de como o governo federal e os estados da federação encaram tal situação atualmente.The target of the present article is to delineate the concept and the main atinentes characteristics to taxes IPI and IPVA and, from now on, to analyze the relation between both, mainly in what it refers to the impact that the reduction of the IPI on automobiles provokes in the collection of the IPVA and for consequence, in the Brazilian economy. In this meantime, also the impact of such measures will be glimpsed, as well as an analysis of as the federal government and the states of the federacy face such situation currently
