The article presents the set of psychological components that determine the effective activity of a customs officer. The topic emphasizes the importance of psychological qualities, which allows to distinguish the importance of psychological aspects in practical activities. We have also singled out specific psychological features, qualities, the existence of which can increase the efficiency of the customs officer’s activity. A key place and importance for the effective activity of a customs officer is his professional registration./Հոդվածում ներկայացված են մաքսային ծառայողի արդյունավետ գործունեությունը պայմանավորող հոգեբանական բաղադրիչների համախումբը։ Թեմայում ընդգծված է հոգեբանական որակների կարևորությունը, որը թույլ է տալիս առանձնացնել հոգեբանական ասպեկտների կարևորությունը պրակտիկ գործունեության մեջ։ Առանձնացրել ենք նաև կոնկրետ հոգեբանական առանձնահատ-կություններ, որակներ, որոնց առկայությունը կարող է բարձրացնել մաքսային ծառայողի գործունեության արդյունավետությունը։ Մաքսային ծառայողի արդյունավետ գործունեության համար առանցքային տեղ ու նշանակություն ունի վերջինիս պրոֆեսիոգրամման։
