The Editor of the Millennium Issue of the Archives of Dermatology asked few opinion leaders to assess the state of the Art of our Discipline and to envision future developments. On January 1st 2000, Volume 136, N. 1 of the JAMA Dermatology was available for saluting the New Millennium.
