This study attempts to identify the role of Higher Education Institutions in the preparation and training of qualified man- power.
It investigates the establishments and development of Higher Educational Institutions, their modern conception and their problems in developing countries, especially in the Sudan .Higher Education cannot meet the needs for qualified man- power unless it works according to pre-set plans
