الثقافة الغذائية و علاقتها بالسلوك الغذائي عند مرضى السكري بولاية الخرطوم The study aimed at knowing the following 1- The relationship between nutritional education and nutritional behaviour of diabetics in Khartoum State. 2- The relationship between education and nutritional behaviour in Diabetic in Khartoum state. 3- The relationship between culture and nutritional behaviour and complications in Diabetic in Khartoum state. The study was carried on a sample of diabetic patients who report at Alwaha Diabetic Center. The size of the sample was (40) patients. Then the data of this research was collected by using a questionnaire which was filled by the researcher by personal interview with the patients. The SPSS programme was used to enter the data and analyzing it statistically. The study has shown that there is a significant relationship between education and nutritional behaviour in diabetes in Khartoum State. The study revealed a significant relationship between nutritional education and nutritional behaviour and prevention of serious complication in diabetes patients. The study included the interpretation of the findings concluded with the most important recommendations
