In this research about “Gisas” on crimes of limbs and similar case, the research consider the views of scholars of ’ and their efforts concerning “Gisas” as a punishment on parties , definitions of “Gisas” and crime on limbs is given including the general and specific conditions, pointing out the crime on limbs and similar cases .The views that are taken by the researcher are based on strong evidence , Sudanese criminal law of 1991 is being considered as the main issue .Together with jurisdictional precedents of the supreme court in the period 1983- 1993
