• JUNO center detector is designed such that inside the acrylic ball there is the liquid scintillator and outside there is water (Fig. 1). • Due to difference of refraction index, there is refraction on the both surfaces of the acrylic ball. Total reflection also happens (Fig. 8). • To consider the refraction and total reflection, we need to solve transcendental equations and speed becomes unacceptably slow. • Reconcstruction time is mainly spent on TOF calculation (Fig. 9). • We have used perf to identify the bottle neck and still it’s very slow. • Multi-Layer-Perception is used to predict TOF quickly (Fig. 5).
