The actuality of the approached subject results from the interest shown in knowing the correlation of the local criminal legislation with the problems of bioethics. The correct application of the criminal provisions in force in relation to bioethics, can help the sick man, but especially it can ensure the further healthy development of the human species. This is necessary in order to defend, protect and possibly heal any man, meaning by this the obligation to improve the quality of life through appropriate medical measures to prevent, combat, support and protect the population.
