Analytical studies show that until now the essence of medical management has not been properly reflected in the economic and medical sciences, and therefore there is no sufficient scientific and methodological support for this type of management. The existence of a contradiction between the need for medical management and the necessary and sufficient scientific and methodological support for it has led to the relevance of the study of medical management. Medical management should study and investigate the ever-changing trends in healthcare. Medical management should take into account one of the basic unwritten laws of medicine − by accepting a patient for inpatient treatment, the hospital is fully responsible for his life and health.
