Fundamentos del Cambio en la Psicoterapia Psicoanalítica: La Interpretación, el Vínculo y el Análisis del Vínculo

This paper sets out the conception of factors involved in therapeutic change from a perspective of psychoanalytic psychotherapy based on Modular-Transformational approach. It describes three factors of change, all of them in the view of contemporary psychoanalysis: interpretation, therapeutic relationship, and analysis of tranference-contratransference processes. A clinical case is described at length to illustrate the proposal.
