Derecho y Literatura, ad Usum Scholaris Juventutis (con relato implícito)

Al llevar a cabo desde una perspectiva de análisis crítico la reconstrucción de los estudios sobre la relación entre Derecho y Literatura dentro la Universidad española sólo parece posible alcanzar como conclusión históricaun débil desarrollo académico. En los últimos años, no obstante, se observa un progresivo y creciente interés científico entre los investigadores universitarios hacia los temas de “Derecho y Literatura”. Con todo, falta todavía,presencia real de la interacción entre Derecho y Literatura en el ámbito puramente docente. Sucede al contrario entre abogados y jueces. Esto debe conducir a una reflexión; Derecho y Literatura representan una oportunidad para definir los nuevos procesos académicos de aprendizaje y conocimiento jurídico. Un camino, éste, que también podría ser leído como una historia implícita.Abstract: In carrying out the reconstruction of the studies on the relationship between law and Literature in the Spanish University, from the perspective of critical analysis, it only seems possible to achieve as historical conclusion a weak academic development. In recent years, however, there is a progressive and growing scientific interest among university researchers toward issues of “Law and Literature”. But it is still missing a real presence of the interaction between Law and Literature in the purely educational sphere. The opposite happens between lawyers and judges.
