В статье анализируется институт защиты персональных данных в цифровом государстве. Анализируются данные, которые можно отнести к пер- сональным. При этом персональные данные рассматриваются как правовая кате- гория, включающая в себя массив информации, позволяющей отличать одного человека от другого, показывающей способности, которыми обладает субъект пер- сональных данных, указывающей на его конституционно-правовой и админист- ративно-правовой статус. The article analyzes the institution of personal data protection in the digital state. Analyzed data that can be attributed to personal.
