En el inicio del intervencionismo administrativo sobre el comercio interior,
fueron los Entes locales los sujetos públicos con mayores responsabilidades en este sector.
Así en este trabajo abordamos cual es hoy, el papel de la Administración local catalana
en el ámbito de la apertura de establecimientos comerciales y de la venta ambulante a la
luz de los efectos que han producido la Directiva de Servicios y su transposición así como
la Ley de Garantía de la Unidad de mercado de 2013. Barne-merkataritzari buruzko interbentzionismo administratiboaren hasieran,

Bermeari buruzko 2013ko Legeak. At the beginnig of the administrative interventionism over internal trade,
local entities were the public subjects with greater responsabilities in this sector. Hence in
this work we address which role of the catalan local administration have nowadays in the
field of the opening of commercial establishments and ambulant sales in the light of the
effects produced by the Directive on Services and its transposition by the Act of Guarantee
of the Unity of the Market from 2013.
