CONFLICTOS DE JURISDICCIÓN Y DE COMPETENCIA POR PARTE DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN EN FASE DE EJECUCIÓN DE UNA SENTENCIA. LIMITACIONES Y POSIBLES OPCIONES PROCESALES LEGÍTIMAS

Sin perjuicio de partir del debido respeto de la función judicial, se plantea el debate de los posibles conflictos de jurisdicción en especial en fases sensibles, como pueden ser las de ejecución de una sentencia judicial. En general, en la práctica jurídica no son infrecuentes los conflictos de competencia o los conflictos de jurisdicción y conviene ilustrar de este tipo de casos.
