Our study aims to establish the potential for tumor heterogeneity evaluated using 18 F fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (F-18 FDG PET/CT) texture analysis in nonsmall-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) patients who underwent platinum-based chemotherapy to provide an independent marker for overall survival (OS) of more than 1-year.
