In the context of determining the limits of financial stability of innovation activities concentrated in the territorial clusters of Russia, it is important to determine the order of functioning of the mechanism for making investment decisions in crisis situations. The article proposes to analyze the impact of a set of narratives on the behavior of potential participants in innovation clusters. The main object of the analysis is the statistics of Google Trends search queries for Russia and the world for 11 selected keywords or topics.
