Хотя Украинское Государство непризнавало независимости Белорусской Народной Республики, но украинскоеконсульство функционировало в Минске. Although the Ukrainian Statedid not recognize the independence of the Belarusian People’s Republic, theUkrainian consulate functioned in Minsk.
