В статье уделено внимание финансовым аспектам реструктуризации сельскохозяйственной организации: дана оценка имущественного положения, финансового состояния, источников финансирования и структуры капитала. На основе проведенного анализа сделано обоснование необходимости проведения процедуры финансового оздоровления. Определены основные этапы реструктуризации и рассчитан эффект от данной процедуры. In article attention is paid to financial aspects of restructuring of the agricultural organization: an assessment of a property status, a financial state, sources of financing and structure of the capital is given. On the basis of the carried-out analysis justification of need of holding a procedure of financial improvement is made. The main stages of restructuring are defined and the effect of this procedure is calculated.
