Prosthetic rehabilitation of severely attritted teeth with loss of vertical dimension is a real challenge due to little space available for rehabilitation. A valid treatment modalities is needed to increase the VDO to enable space for the prosthesis to enhance aesthetic, maintain anterior teeth relationships, and minimize the need for invasive procedures and endodontic treatments. Proper diagnosis and treatment sequences necessary to obtain successful results.
