. The paper considers the possibility of solving medical and diagnostic issues of monitoring the consequences of emergencies by applying the methods of system analysis and mathematical statistics. At the same time, algorithms for calculating optimal behavior are provided for the most effective elimination of the consequences of emergencies and complex solution of problems of diagnosing the victims and rendering primary care.
