Improvement of system of the prevention of emergency situations locates in article by increase of efficiency of information and analytical providing in the field of forecasting and prevention of emergency situations. It is revealed that one of the contradictions which are shown in the organizational sphere of information and analytical providing in forecasting and prevention of an emergency is the contradiction between character of requirements to training information and analytical divisions of Emercom of Russia and specifics of the programs of preparation of personnel structure of Emercom of Russia which are carried out by system of professional and additional education. Offers on formation of personnel base of experts in the field of information and analytical activity of Emercom of Russia are made.
