Through a perspective based on the investigations of Walter Benjamin, the aura, besides being an extra-physical energy field that involves the living beings, is the authenticity of a being, making a huge role on the identity of an individual. Therefore, I consider relevant our approach about the investigation about the aura in the performance of the cinematographic actor, exploring the boundaries that tear apart his/her fictional identity that he/she is playing, from the identity of themselves.We aim to bring to this discussion an approach about the construction of the identity from the cinematographic representative experience. Is there an untying of the performer’s identity or is the acting a strong component of the construction of himself? What are the boundaries that separate the actor himself from his character? Where and how do we see appear the identity of the actor?
