The article is devoted to the study and description of the features of the reproduction of intonation contours of utterances of different intentional orientation by patients diagnosed with “complex motor moderate aphasia”. The research focuses on affirmative, imperative and interrogative sentences. It was revealed that the greatest deviations from the standards in the speech of patients are shown when uttering interrogative sentences, and the least serious ones when uttering imperative sentences. This specificity is mostly due to pragmatic factors.
