The purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the perception of professional ethics of accounting students at universities in Da Nang City, Vietnam. Through the use of the mixed research method, the authors found that there are 3 factors that affect the perception of professional ethics of the accounting students, respectively: the law of the industry. Education program and Personalization.
