Blood hypercoagulability and circular modifications during postpartum are the main reason for possible thromboembolic disorders such as cerebral thrombophlebitis. CVT must be suspected when the patient have neurological symptoms, and we should rapidly and precociously begin the right treatment based on anticoagulants after ruling out other possible diagnoses using different tests and examinations.
