Mobile systems are becoming increasingly important, and new promising paradigms such as Mobile Cloud Computing.Mobile Cloud Computing is an application that allows data to bestored and processed outside of the mobile node. There is a lot ofinterest in using the resources that can be accessed bytransparently using distributed resource pooling offered by nearbymobile nodes. This type of device is used in emergency, education, and tourism. Systems basically use dynamic network topologies inwhich network partitions and disconnection occurs frequently, sothe availability of the services has been compromised. In thispaper proposes the context aware architecture to provideavailability of the services deployed in mobile and dynamicnetwork environments which provides better response time, theservices need not be migrated at real time, so the bandwidth andenergy used has been more efficient.
