منهج المحدِّثين في التعامل مع الصحيحين: "الأحاديث المنتقدة أنموذجاً"

للصحيحين مزية زادتهما فضلاً على بقية كتب الحديث، وأفضت إلى ظهور منهج وإقرار أحكام خاصة في تعامل المحدِّثين معهما. غير أن بعض النقاد استدركوا على الشيخين بعض الأحاديث التي تخلَّفت عن شرط الصحيح، حرصاً منهم على تهذيب الصحيحين. ووجدنا مَن دافع عن الصحيحين، واستنكر نقدهما، وأفرد للأحاديث المنتقدة قواعد عامة وخاصة. تتناول هذه الدراسة مدى الموضوعية والدقة في هذه القواعد والأحكام التي قعَّدها المحدِّثون للدفاع عن الأحاديث المنتقدة في الصحيحين، ومدى التسليم بها. قسمت الدراسة إلى أربعة أقسام رئيسة، أوَّلها مدى مشروعية نقد الصحيحين، وعرضت الأقسام الثلاثة الأُخرى القواعد والأحكام العامة والخاصة لمنهج المحدِّثين في هذا الشأن، ولا سيما ما تعلَّق منها بالأحاديث المنقطعة، والأحاديث المعلولة بالوهم والاختلاف. وقد اتَّسم البحث بالتأصيل والتطبيق أحياناً والنقد، وأسهم في إعادة قراءة منهج الشيخين في الصحيحين وَفق رؤية جديدة. The two books: Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim have a certain merit over other Hadith books. This fact has resulted in producing certain method and judgments in dealing with both of them. However, some critics redressed some ahadith that have lagged behind the Sahih “correct” requirements in order to purity the two excellent books. Other scholars of hadith have defended the two books and denounced their criticism, and put forward certain rules of general and specific nature. This study questions of the objectivity and accuracy of these rules. The study is divided into four sections, the first of which has dealt with the legitimacy of the criticism of the sahih, and the other three sections present the general and specific rules as they are related to the broken series of narrators, and the ahadeeth which suffer of problems because of some delusion and confliction. The study uses methodologies of foundation building, application and criticism. The study contributes to the re-reading methodology of the two Sheikhs according to a new perspective.
