У статті обґрунтовано необхідність дослідження причини аварій.Розглянуто складові елементи соціотехнічної моделі дослідженнячинників, які впливають на діяльність людських ресурсів. Наведено теоріїрізних дослідників, які займалися встановленням причин аварій на флоті.Особливо підкреслено важливість культури у морському середовищі.Наводяться головні аспекти культури безпеки на які особливо слідзвернути увагу в управлінні людськими ресурсами.
The article substantiates the need to study the cause of accidents. Theconstituent elements of the sociotechnical model of the study of factorsinfluencing the activity of human resources are considered. Theories of variousresearchers involved in determining the causes of accidents in the fleet arepresented. The importance of culture in the marine environment is particularlyemphasized. The main aspects of a safety culture that are especially worthpaying attention to in human resource management are given.
