To win the competition, each party in the computer and IT industry needs to continue to increase the capacity of
their respective companies. One thing that must be improved is managing market information. It's not a secret
anymore now, who gets the information earlier it will be easy and win the competition. Information is not only
used as data for the company, but needs to be followed up as part of the company's improvement process. One
of the company strategies that can be used is a market orientation strategy to improve the company's
performance in the future. The company's understanding of the market orientation strategy includes aspects of
customers, competitors (Intelligence Generation), good ability to coordinate between functions (Intelligence
