The presented article discusses how typical for the natural conditions of the Guba-Khachmaz massif the use of drip irrigation is. The studies were carried out on tomatoes at an experimental site in the Shabran region. Calculations to assess the efficiency of irrigation are mathematically performed and a model of drip irrigation is presented.
