In the Kyrgyz Republic, 22.4% of the population live below the poverty line. A sufficient number of problems related to improvement were identified. The problem of the availability of dental care is intractable for many states and often insoluble in many aspects of this issue. In his conclusions, the author proposes to solve or slightly alleviate this problem without attracting large financial flows. The problem of today is the insufficient funding of dentistry from the state to improve the state of the dental health of the population. Regardless of the patient’s social status, be it a child, an elderly patient, or a pregnant woman, the state allocates an average of ≈ 142 soms (about 1.5 US dollars).
