The article discusses the legal basis and features of customs control over the import/export of licensed goods. The main attention is paid to consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of the new procedure for the implementation of customs control in relation to goods transported across the customs border of the EAEU on the basis of licenses of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
