The scientific article considers various views on the pedagogical conditions of organizing distance learning in the universities of Kyrgyzstan, in a pandemic. The pedagogical conditions I distance learning (DL) presented problems requiring a solution to the pedagogical process. A pedagogical condition, in the learning process, emphasize a set of measures aimed at solving urgent problems in the organization of distance learning, purposefully implemented in the learning process and meeting the specifics of forms of distance learning.
