The article is devoted to the study of the problem of conflicts in the teaching staff. The author considers the components of the conceptual apparatus on the research topic, and also analyzes the key factors in the occurrence of conflict situations in the team of teachers. On the basis of a study, the main characteristics of the conflict and methods for its prevention and resolution in the context of the teaching activity of the team are identified.
