The article analyzes one of the main forms of protection of family rights in the Russian Federation, expressed mainly in the judicial protection of family entities. A stable tradition has developed in Russian legislation, according to which the procedural procedure for the examination of family cases, as well as many other categories of cases, is regulated in both civil procedural and family laws; however, the legislator clearly delimits the circle of subjects of a marriage. Therefore, particular attention should be paid to these aspects.
