In this article the basic problems of staffing in the municipal administration. The actuality of this problem is due to the fact that, at the moment, staffing in the municipal management system is inefficient to ensure proper training, retraining and advanced training of personnel. This article lists the reasons for the imperfection of personnel supply, for example, low professionalism and administrative culture of employees. The paper also proposes adjustments to improve the efficiency of personnel supply to municipal service: attraction of young personnel, raising the prestige of municipal service, the introduction of a continuous training system for employees.
